Abstract

This article introduces readers to two fundamental research studies aimed at understanding the aesthetic experience in art museums. These are: 'The Four Dimensions of Aesthetic Experience and Flow' by psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, and 'The Model of Aesthetic Appreciation and Judgment' by Leder and Nadal. This text explores the potential of both studies for the fields of museum education and museology itself. We delve into each of these research works, discussing their contributions to the expansion of aesthetics and education within the museum context.
